Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Eleven, the AI personal finance assistant available through WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage and heyeleven.tech. By using Eleven you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Eleven helps you track spending, detect bills and subscriptions, send reminders, and, when you confirm, carry out actions such as bill payments through our banking partners. Eleven is in beta: features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
2. Not financial advice
Eleven gives you information about your own money. It does not recommend financial products or give investment, tax or legal advice. You're responsible for your financial decisions.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep access to your messaging account secure, because anyone with access to it can talk to Eleven as you.
4. Connected accounts
If you connect Google, you authorise Eleven to read your Gmail as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Payments and actions
Eleven only moves money after you confirm in chat. Payments are processed by licensed partners, and their terms apply too. Fees will be shown to you before you confirm.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Eleven: no fraud, unlawful activity, attempts to access other people's data, or interference with the service.
7. Accuracy
Eleven uses automated and AI processing, which can make mistakes. Check important figures against your bank records.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Eleven is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Ending use
You can stop using Eleven and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
